The Shack was established in 2010. They are dedicated to providing you with some of the best Southern style cooking and Calabash style seafood in town. They specialize in South Carolina favorites and serves daily meat-and-three specials. The food is like something you can only get at your grandmother’s house, a true Southern cooking, especially for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, pancakes and sausage, country ham and grits are among the many house specialties available every day.
They are open 7 days and 6 nights a week featuring dine-in and curbside service.
The Boundary House
The Boundary House offers American cuisine and casual dining at its finest.
They take great pride in their handcut steaks, fresh local seafood and their homemade soups, salads, and dressings. They serve some of the finest foods from the highest quality ingredients available. All of their items are made fresh to order.
They believe this is the best way to serve you and know that you will taste the difference.
Martini
Martini won the Winner Diner’s Choice award in four consecutive years, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. No wonder, they feature a classy menu of seafood and steaks, live jazz & blues several nights a week, and an energetic atmosphere. They had each been in the business for over 20 years but operated separate restaurants.
Classic food, spirits and entertainment is their passion. They always look forward to hosting the best dinner party on the beach every night of the week. That is why they are one of the locals favorite and vacationers must-try restaurant.
Their menu is creatively classic, highlighting their area’s local seafood as well as fresh steaks and pasta dishes. Daily specials and homemade soups are prepared from scratch daily for your enjoyment.
The list of appetizers is full of interesting dishes like Lobster Crepes, Filet Tips, and Mozzarella Melt, as well as standards like She-Crab Soup, Lump Crabcake, and Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. Four Salads are also available, including their House Special, Caprese, Caribbean and a Chicken or Shrimp Caesar. Seafood and steaks are the focus of the Entrée menu, with rich dishes like Salmon Oscar, Grouper Newburg, Steak Diane, New Zealand Lamb, and Veal Parmesan.
The Wicked Tuna
Wicked Tuna is located at the southern end of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk on the 2nd Avenue Pier. Its perfect location offers great views of the ocean.
Everything Wicked Tuna serves is based on the idea of “hook to plate,” bringing fresh, everyday seafood catches to Myrtle Beach diners. Many different culinary avenues can be taken here, from classic dishes with a contemporary twist to entrees and salads completely unique to Wicked Tuna. The menu is more or less divided into two sections, a Grill menu and a Sushi menu, with various subsections on each. Wicked Tuna offers a different style of fare than many of its neighbors. Their specialties are creative sushi rolls, fresh fish, and marbled USDA Prime steaks.

The interior there is a contemporary twist on the standard fishing town decor that is common throughout Murrells Inlet. A vibrant sea blue theme spread throughout the dining room, appearing on bar panels as well as on the walls, but a hardwood ceiling and various nautically themed artifacts that will remind you that you’re still in the old rod-and-reel village.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill
Carrabba’s Italian Grill is a chain restaurant and bar serving a diverse menu of classic Italian fare in a family-friendly setting.
They offer authentic Italian cuisine that had passed down from their founders’ family recipes to the new generation. They use only the best and quality ingredients to prepare fresh and handmade dishes cooked to order in a lively exhibition kitchen. Featuring a wood-burning grill inspired by the many tastes of Italy, guests can enjoy signature dishes, including Chicken Bryan, Pollo Rosa Maria, Wood-Fire Grilled Steak and chops and classic Italian Pasta dishes in a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere. Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse
Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse sets itself apart from any other concept.

Captain Jack’s Seafood Buffet

Even though Captain Jack’s Seafood Buffet is somewhat of a newcomer to the North Myrtle Beach area, they are quickly making a name for themselves as the place to go for a flavorsome seafood spread. Little River is the home of the annual Blue Crab Festival, and Crab Catchers is the unofficial headquarters for the waterfront festivities.
Crab Catcher’s offers delicious seafood prepared fresh and made to order every time. The restaurant specializes in seafood and sandwiches but they also offer steak entrees. Crab Catchers has fresh seafood to match, especially highlighting the local blue crabs, She Crab Soup, Crab Cakes, Deviled and seafood baskets of Calabash-style fresh catch fish and shrimp. Each entrée on their menu is made to order so you can come and prepare to relax and enjoy a great meal at a reasonable price.
You can enjoy a very relaxed and casual atmosphere with indoor dining or waterfront dining where you will be greeted by their friendly staff.

Snooky’s Oceanfront
One of the newest restaurants in North Myrtle Beach is Snooky’s Oceanfront in Cherry Grove. If you are looking to hang out and eat at an oceanside bar, you need to check out Snooky’s. They feature fresh seafood and offer daily specials. They are a full service restaurant for lunch and dinner. Happy Hour is 4 to 6pm. They have a brunch menu available on Saturday and Sundays. This is the second location for Snooky’s with the first being in Little River.
Parking can be hard to find in Cherry Grove down by the ocean, that is why Snooky’s offers a FREE Valet service. Just pull up and let them park your car. There are free lots and paid parking lots close to the restaurant if you don’t want to use the valet service.
A huge draw to Snooky’s is the second floor deck bar. You may find the bar service upstairs closed during the offseason. It gets rather chilly up on the second level. You can certainly go and check it out. They have inside seating and close the first level off from the wind during the wintertime. If you are here in the Spring and Summer, expect it to be hopping. With the views and incredible food, Snooky’s has quickly become one of the top spots in Cherry Grove.
Filet’s Waterfront
Filet’s has been a local and tourist favorite for years.
With them, you can relax on the shore of the Intracoastal Waterway and enjoy some of the best steaks, seafood and sushi on the Grand Strand. It is the perfect place to celebrate any occasions whether it is date night, a birthday, anniversary or a special group outing.
They have Nightly happy hours and water views indoor or outdoors. Steaks and chops are what this place is known. Featuring hand-cut filets of prime beef, you’ll be tempted to go for the surf and turf even if your surroundings suggest seafood.
They are open 6 days a week beginning at 4pm and close time depends on business. Happy Hour daily begins at 4pm.
Outback Steakhouse
Outback Steakhouse is known for high quality, juicy steaks with your choice of big cuts and bold flavor, cooked just the way you like it. They are the home of juicy steaks, spirited drinks and Aussie hospitality.
The restaurant is family friendly and features an upbeat, boisterous dining environment.
All of their fried food is prepared using beef tallow, real butter and heavy cream and their hearty burgers are made from ground beef tenderloin. Although a number of menu items are grilled, steaks are prepared on a griddle using butter as a heat transfer medium.
They also serve Foster’s Lager, an Australian brand of beer exported around the world. Other Australian beers often served include Toohey’s New, Boag’s, and Coopers Premium Lager, Sparkling Ale, and Pale Ale. Wine selections include Australian wineries Yellow Tail, Lindeman’s, and Rosemount amongst others.
The Brentwood Restaurant & Wine Bistro

The Parson’s Table
If you are looking for an indigenous spot to take visitors for a multi-dimensional dining experience, The Parson’s Table is a one-of-a-kind venue serving up equal parts history, reverence and some artful cuisine.
In their soulful restaurant, you can experience an award-winning dining in their historic setting. Throughout the development of their menus, they strive to provide you with the finest and freshest ingredients nature offers.
They also do their part to protect the environment by working with sustainable, organic suppliers locally and throughout the country. The award-winning Parson’s Table, housed in a former church, offers true fine dining in an atmosphere of elegance and intimacy. Beautiful stained-glass windows dot the interior, which is comprised of several individual rooms that are equally conducive to special family occasions and romantic dinners for two.
Menu choices include prime rib, bacon-wrapped filet mignon topped with bearnaise sauce and crab, sauteed shrimp with ham and vegetables over cheese grits, and sauteed shrimp and scallops in lemon butter with pecans and rice pilaf. Texas Roadhouse Grill
Texas Roadhouse Grill offer an array of freshly prepared appetizers, soups, salads, chicken, burgers, pork, seafood, and steak entrees. They offer daily Lunch Specials along with a Kid’s Menu for your little ones. Their steaks are hand-cut and grilled to perfection. They offer some unique dishes like their Fried Pickles along with many traditional favorites for your whole family.
Texas roadhouse Grill is centrally located in Myrtle Beach. Their beautiful, Western style log cabin is in the middle of all the fun. They are located at the Coastal Grand Mall just seconds from shopping.
They offer a lot of dining spaces that can cater all your needs. They have comfortable booths and tables for privacy or family seating, upstairs open room for parties or meetings, and upstairs private room for parties or meetings.
They also offer catering services. They have the food and the staff to cater to groups of all sizes. Their restaurant has two banquet facilities set in an authentic log cabin with a towering stone fireplace. It is an ideal setting for meetings, reunions, office gatherings, birthday parties, anniversaries, holiday galas, and wedding functions.
Miyabi Japanese Restaurant
Miyabi Japanese Restaurant initially stands above its competitors for no reason other than being unique.
If you are in the mood for Teppanyaki-style food, this is your option. Experience the entertainment and fun factor of a Teppanyaki grill. The main attraction here is their Sushi. They are vegetarian-friendly and offer vegan and gluten-free options.
Many Teppanyaki-style grills skimp on the meat, or on some other ingredient. Not here, however. It’s practically guaranteed that you’ll take food home with you.
The cleanliness and upkeep of the building itself were both impeccable. The southern states are known for their courtesy and hospitality, which shows throughout the meal.

Nakato Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar
Nakato Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar take extreme pride in providing their guests with nothing but the highest quality food and excellent customer service.
While dining, you will get to watch in delight as one of their highly skilled Chefs prepares your meal right before your very own eyes, making a unique interactive dining experience for all. Two different experiences are available at this restaurant. Belly up to one of the communal hibachi tables and prepare yourself for a display of masterful culinary skills and hot off the grill meats, veggies, and rice or take a table in the sushi bar area for a more intimate night fresh fish. Your experience will differ greatly depending on what you want to eat. The hibachi grill seating often provides a fun experience where you can meet some new friends. The Grill House’s goal is to delight their guests.
Their desire is to give you an experience that truly amaze you. And perhaps give you a chance to experience a different fare than you might normally find at North Myrtle Beach. Their servers and bartenders are excellent, their Chef is top-notch, and their Managers are the best.
From their delicious Chargrilled & cooked meats to their southern-inspired dishes, to the many different cocktails we pour, you’ll feel the difference when you walk in the front door. All their steaks, ribs, pork chops, chicken and burgers are chargrilled and cooked to perfection. The Grill House is a gem of a place for outstanding atmosphere and food. Their chef’s recommendations are House Special Prime Rib, New York strip and BBQ Ribs.
Indoor and outdoor seating, takeout and curbside service are all available. They are open Tuesday – Saturday at 4pm.
Snooky’s on the Water
Enjoy a cold drink and some good food while watching the boats cruise up and down the intercoastal waterway, serving, seafood, wings, salads, sandwiches and a variety of desserts. Snooky’s on the Water is one of 2 locations for Snooky’s. In 2019, they opened their second location which is located in Cherry Grove.
The Little River location of Snooky’s features a really good menu. If you like raw and steamed seafood, this is one of these places that locals visit. They have seafood towers that feature crab legs, oysters, shrimp, and crab claws. This is one of our favorite things on the menu. If you are looking for a place to grab brunch and a Bloody Mary on Sunday’s, you should check out Snooky’s. Try the Shrimp & Grits for Brunch!
When the season kicks in, be on the lookout for their Entertainment schedule. They feature a lot of the local artists that play a variety of music.
Clark’s Seafood & Chop House
Offering steaks and seafood, enjoy your evening out watching the sunset over Coquina Harbor at Clark’s Seafood & Chop House. This by far is one of our favorite places to dine in the NMB area. It is just a few minutes north of NMB in Little River. Look for the big sign on the right after you go across the big bridge. If you get to McDonalds, you have gone too far. Turn around and go back. It is worth it!
We love the filet and ribeye steaks at Clark’s. Their house salad is always good. If you like scallops, you should try them bacon wrapped. Its one of their signature appetizers.
Clark’s would definitely be on our list of fine dining establishments in the Grand Strand. When you come to the beach and want something special, try Clark’s Seafood & Chop House.
Sea Captain’s House
Over the years, Sea Captain’s House offer superb dining, fantastic ocean view, and warm southern hospitality. Up to this day, they are still known as the place for seafood where friends meet year after year. Their dedication to quality has been the foundation on which they have preserved their heritage.
To preserve old traditions, but also remain competitive in today’s time, they are dedicated to offering local and always “Be Fresh” products. Sea Captain’s House is a restaurant that offers a variety of menu options, including omelets, pancakes, French toasts, muffins, sausage, and beverages. Its lunch and dinner menu features appetizers, soups, desserts, and salads. The restaurant also serves French fries, fruits, and baked potatoes. In addition, Sea Captain’s House offers juices, shrimp, scallops, oysters, fried chicken fingers, sandwiches, grilled cheese, pasta, and hamburger steaks for children.
They have several dining areas: The Blue Room, The Chart Room, The Red Room, The Sun Room, and a newly added outdoor deck. With seasonal live music and friendly, warm atmosphere, no matter where you sit, they promise it will be the best seat in the house.

Midtown Bistro probably has something for every taste and budget. They surely know what it takes to create great lunch and dining experiences.

Flamingo Seafood Grill is high-spirited, upmarket chophouse mainstay, with plenty of seafood selection, served in an art deco setting.
Located one mile south of Carolina Opry and the Dunes Golf Club on the corner of 71st ave, Flamingo Grill offers another fascinating departure from the world of dining ordinary.
Locals rave about the Blackened Prime Rib, Seared Tuna, Lowcountry Crabcakes, Lobster Tail, Cajun Oysters, Peppercorn Salmon, Steak Flamingo, Filet Oscar, Lemon Pepper Grouper and their one-of-a-kind Fried Lobster Chunks. Their menu also includes lots of fresh seafood prepared in a variety of ways. The grilled fish with Cajun spices is especially tasty. The famous restaurant’s name Bonefish Grill comes from the fact that the owners love to fish for a type of fish called the bonefish. The menu here presents many delicious seafood dishes, though bonefish isn’t on the menu. Bonefish Grill is a family-friendly establishment that an upscale atmosphere that is great for casual nights out with friends, a family dinner, or a romantic date.
You can start off your meal at Bonefish Grill with a mouth-watering appetizer such as the famous Bang Bang Shrimp, Wagyu beef & Ginger Potstickers, Ahi Tuna Sashimi, Classic Ceviche, PEI Mussels Josephine, and more. Hard Rock Café is an All-American cafe that features a wide variety of savory steak burgers, seafood, sizzling steaks, along with fresh salads and delicious comfort foods such as Twisted Mac & Cheese with Chicken.
The cafe is easy to spot; just look for the 40-foot-tall red guitar that sits proudly atop their main entrance. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach at the award-winning Broadway at the Beach entertainment complex, the Cafe is only a few minutes from beautiful resort beaches.

Greg Norman’s Australian Grille
Greg Norman’s Australian Grille serves up mouthwatering dishes and an award-winning wine menu, all in an upscale, family-friendly setting that will leave you feeling like you are sitting in one of Sydney’s finest harborside restaurants.
Customers can enjoy waterfront dining for lunch and dinner daily and Sunday brunch. Perfect patio pours are served during Happy Hour al fresco or in the Shark Pub where you can fill your glass. Waterborne patrons can enjoy 225 of dock space adjacent to the restaurant deck.

Joe’s Bar and Grill
Joe’s Bar and Grill is a North Myrtle Beach staple for over 30 years. They are open and serving both indoor and outdoor dining. Their Racoon Cove Deck Bar has become the Grand Strand’s best kept secret.
The restaurant has a rustic unique atmosphere, similar to a hunting and fishing lodge you might see in the mountains of upstate New York. They are nuzzled in between twisted live oak trees overlooking a beautiful salt tidal marsh. Their three dining areas plus two bars take full advantage of the view.

They are located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, across from the Alabama Theatre in Barefoot Landing and directly behind the Olive Garden Restaurant. They are open 7 days a week starting at 4:30 PM. Early bird dinner is Sunday through Thursday 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Happy Hour is from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday.
