Pete Dye Golf Course

Pete Dye Golf Course

Pete Dye Golf Course has a visually stunning design that is filled with the infamous pitfalls for wayward shots that have become synonymous with the Dye name. Both beautiful and treacherous, the Dye Course is an experience you won’t soon forget.

Famous architect Pete Dye maintains his reputation of building both memorable and challenging courses with the Dye Course at Barefoot Resort. The Dye Course is the longest, and toughest, of the four Barefoot golf courses at 7,343 yards. Pete Dye incorporated some of his signature techniques into the design. He has a unique way of utilizing native grasses and throughout the course you'll find his trademark pitfalls that swallow errant shots.

The semi-private facility in North Myrtle Beach is set amidst the backdrop of the exclusive Barefoot Resort and surrounded by The Dye Estates, a private, gated community.

Pawley’s Island Hammock Shop

Pawley’s Island Hammock Shop

Since those now-distant days of Cap'n Josh, Pawley’s Island Hammock Shop continually improved upon their core materials and, where it's made sense to, expanded their line of products.

In addition to their classic cotton-rope Original, they now also offer rope hammocks in all-weather, cottony-soft DuraCord and soft-spun white polyester, as well as a selection of richly designed fabric hammocks, hammock-inspired swings, hammock stands, swing stands and key relaxation accessories.

For years you could only find the Original Pawleys Island Rope Hammock in the cozy little Original Hammock Shop in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Many of their rope-hammock bodies are still woven right there, in much the same manner as back in Cap'n Josh's time.

Yet today, the Pawleys Island brand – the most-recognized hammock brand ever – is also carried by numerous top-line retailers worldwide, distributed from their company headquarters in Greenville, North Carolina.

Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament

Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament

Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament is the North America’s most popular dinner attraction. They offer a thrilling, family-friendly dinner attraction inspired by the feasts and jousting tournaments of 11th century Spain.

The menu at Medieval Times consists of garlic bread, tomato bisque soup, roasted chicken, sweet buttered corn, herb-basted potatoes, the dessert of the Castle, coffee, and two rounds of selected beverages. A vegetarian meal is available upon request.

Non-alcoholic drinks are served with your meal, but a full bar is available before, during, and after the show. Their cocktail servers will be making the rounds and are happy to deliver a variety of spirits from the bar that you request for an additional fee.

While guests enjoy a hearty four-course medieval-style banquet, six brave knights compete in games of skill astride magnificent Andalusian stallions. Lances splinter against shields of steel, broad swords spark, and a champion emerges, to the cheers of the enthusiastic crowd. The spectacle unfolds nightly inside a fully enclosed European-style castle. The newest production features amazing lighting, costumes, choreography, exciting battle scenes, falconry, new horse dressage elements and a fresh musical score by the world-renowned composer Daniel May. They are a living link to the past where the glory, chivalry, and valor of old burst to life in authentic pageantry and thrilling tournament action.
